A note on how we use this research
Creatine is one of the few supplements where the research is genuinely strong, but the marketing has historically been narrow, focused almost entirely on male athletes and bodybuilding contexts. Our work at bōm draws on the broader body of research, including studies on women's health, cognitive performance, and healthy aging, which represent some of the most active and exciting areas of creatine science today.
We don't conduct our own clinical research. Our role is to translate existing peer-reviewed work into a daily product that fits real life. Where we make claims, we cite the work behind them. Where the research is preliminary or mixed, we say so.
